Being surrounded by any size group of Manta Rays is truly a sight to behold. There are several dive operators that offer Manta Ray dives on the Big Island of Hawaii. Most of the Manta dives are two tank dives with the first dive acting as an orientation dive before the sun goes down and the second dive is when the action happens.
